1. Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will ship out the same working business day.

  • Priority (Usually 1 to 3 business days, not a guaranteed service)

  • Ground / Home Delivery (Guaranteed delivery from 1 to 6 business days. See below for transit time)
  • Express Saver (Guaranteed delivery in 3 business days)
  • 2nd Day (Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days)
  • Standard Overnight (Guaranteed overnight delivery by 3 PM to most addresses and 8 pm to residences)

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

Security 
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. Note that the https will only show when you are transmitting sensitive data (checkout, my account).

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. 

3. Returns & Replacements

Inspection of Products
Customer shall check the deliveries and services provided by S.T. International Supply.  All movements must be checked upon receipt and before installation.  Claims of incorrect order processing or for missing or damaged item(s) must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of order. If merchandise is believed to have been damaged in shipping, please notify the freight company immediately at the time of receipt (or promptly if concealed damage) and to file a claim with the courier. If a shipment of lithium batteries and other dangerous goods is damaged, all appropriate caution should be exercised according to the manufacturer’s handling instructions (available upon request).

Claims and Claims Processing
All claims must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of order.

File a claim by contacting us at (323) 225-7777 or [email protected].  All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number and must be returned within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Goods without a RA and/or returned after thirty (30) days will not be accepted.

 Returning by Mail

  • Send item(s) in original condition/packaging with all provided parts and a copy of the invoice.
  • Clearly mark the outside of return package with the Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Package contents properly in a strong and sturdy box.
  • Insure your return package – we cannot refund an item that is lost or damaged.
  • All returns will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee.
  • We will credit your account or exchange the item after return item(s) pass inspection. 

Notes

  • Authorization may be denied, if the product has been removed from sealed packaging (batteries, branded parts, capacitors, circuits, coils, consumables, some tools, etc.), used, marked or mishandled.
  • Special order, custom made item(s) or drop-shipped order are not returnable.
  • Movements - must have "all accessories intact, not worked on, not tampered with, free of glue residue and/or scratches" to be eligible for return.  Once movement is installed to the watch case, the warranty is void. 
  • Assortments - Watch material assortments are not returnable once opened.
  • Determination of acceptance is at the sole discretion of S.T. International, after a complete inspection of returned good(s).
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%) unless proven defective by S.T. International Supply, and in accordance with product manufacturer’s current warranty policy.
  • Refused or unclaimed CODs are subject to restocking fee plus additional shipping charge. 

Warranty and Liability for Defects
S.T. International’s only warranty for any product is the warranty offered by the product manufacturer.
The customer must register the warranty of the purchased product within the guidelines specified by the manufacturer. 

4. Payment, Pricing, and Promotions
While we try to keep prices up to date as much as possible, certain factors such as change in cost of raw materials, manufacturing costs, foreign currency rates and normal price increases happen and therefore, prices are subject to change. If the cost of an item has increased, we will notify you and you may opt to cancel the purchase or pay the difference. We will not charge the increase in price without your consent. If we have not heard from you regarding your decision on the price increase within seven (7) business days, we will cancel your order.
